The Warsteiner Brewery is the largest privately owned brewery in Germany. Founded in 1753 by the Cramer family, it is still owned and operated by the same family today. That continuity of management has led to the same high-quality beer produced for over 250 years!

Today Warsteiner is the fourth best selling German brewery. They export their beer all over the world. They also have an interesting mix of product involvements. They sponsor the German Competitive Hot Air Balloon National Team, and is the official beer of German airline Lufthansa.
