Return Option 1


Excludes international orders and returns originating from HI, AK and PR
An $8 per package shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Visit clicktoshop.com/returns and fill out the address and order number fields. Securely repack and seal the package, affix the printed shipping label, copy the tracking number down for your records, and return it using either of the following methods:
a. Take the package to any UPS including: The UPS Store, UPS Customer Center, Office Depot, Staples, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. You can also leave the package with any UPS driver.
b. Return the package through the United States Post Office. You can drop it in your mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or drop it off at the Post Office.

You may also return the package on your own. You must pre-pay postage at the point of return. Please send your merchandise back, via insured mail, to the following address:

Oversized Package Exception


Returns of large items including Christmas trees, furniture, and oversized nutcrackers incur additional return shipping charges. The following chart outlines the return shipping charges per carton that will be deducted from your refund.

Do you accept international returns?


Products can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date per the above policy. However, international buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs, duties or brokerage charges billed to ClickToShop LLC. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include international shipping charges.

I received an incorrect item.


If you have received an incorrect item, please call our Customer Service Department by clicking the "Need Help?" tab on the right-hand side of the screen. Have your invoice readily available as our representatives will need to verify information listed on it. We will help to replace the item and arrange to have you return the incorrect item free of charge.

My order is missing item(s).


If your order is missing an item or you received the incorrect quantity, please immediately call our Customer Service Department by clicking the "Need Help?" tab on the right-hand side of the screen. Have your invoice readily available as our representatives will need to verify information listed on it.
Once your claim is filed, our representatives will research the claim by verifying the package weight received by UPS, as well as confirm items pulled and packed for your order. If indeed we failed to ship an item, we will promptly send it at no additional charge.
In the event that we did in fact pick, pack, and ship all items ordered, it is likely that your package was tampered with while in transit. In this case we will handle your claim on a case by case basis to help resolve any issues. It is our policy to file a claim with UPS for packages that may have been tampered with during transit.

I received someone else's order.


If you believe you were shipped someone else's order based on the contents of the shipment, please immediately call our Customer Service Department by clicking the "Need Help?" tab on the right-hand side of the screen. It is important for us to be able to identify such an error, so we can contact the other customer who may have gotten your order. We will ship out your correct order immediately and arrange to have you return the incorrect shipment free of charge.
Payment Policy:
Oktoberfest Haus accepts the following payment methods:

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Free shipping on orders over $99! Offer valid for the continental U.S. only. Not valid for Hawaii, Alaska, or any international destination.

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays - UPS and USPS do not pick up from our location on these days).
  • Shipping rates are calculated using real time rates pulled from UPS and USPS and are based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Rates can be viewed on the shopping cart page for domestic orders and at checkout for international orders.

  • Economy Shipping: 3-7 business day delivery within the continental United States.
  • 3-4 Day Shipping: Guaranteed to deliver within 3-4 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed to deliver within 3 business days
  • UPS 2 Day Air: Guaranteed to deliver within 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed to deliver the next business days (Saturday NOT included)

Note: All orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS
When calculating shipping transit time, please remember to start counting the following business day
  • ex. Order placed at 3pm central Thursday using UPS 2 Day Air will ship on Friday and arrive Tuesday).
  • ex. Order placed on Thursday at 2 pm Central using UPS Next Day Air Saver will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday by th end of the day

International Orders


International buyers assume ANY AND ALL responsibility for duties, customs, tariffs, brokerage or other fees associated with international shipments. Please check with your local government to determine these fees associated with importing goods. Keep in mind that time spent in customs varies greatly by destination country and we are not responsible for delays in your arrival due to local customs.

Canada


For shipments to Canada, you have the choice of:
  • UPS Standard to Canada (3-5 Business Days)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 Business Days)

Most Canadian orders are processed within one business day from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays
Duties and Taxes By placing your order, you understand that you will be required to pay ANY AND ALL Canadian duties, and taxes (Canadian GST, HST, PST) and brokerage fees associated with importing. You authorize us to appoint a Canadian customs broker on your behalf to obtain customs clearance for your order and understand that these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Taxes Canadian customers are required to pay all applicable GST/HST depending on the Province where the purchase is made. GST/HST is also payable for all Shipping and Handling and/or Return Handling Fees. Any shipments made to Ontario addresses will be assessed the Ontario Resale Sales Tax ("PST") by customs upon crossing the border.
Canadian Returns Most products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs, duties or brokerage charges billed to ClickToShop LLC. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to or loss of packages shipped using USPS internationally. It is the buyers responsibility to file claims with their local post office in the event of a damaged or lost package. International packages that are refused or returned to sender due to customs duties and taxes nonpayment or incorrect address information are subject to a restocking fee equal to that of the return shipping charges and any import duties ClickToShop pays the carrier to return the merchandise.
