WINTER/HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING DEADLINE
Buyers who would like their package to be delivered by December 23rd must place their orders by Wednesday December 16 (to allow extra time for carrier delays since UPS and USPS do not guarantee delivery times during holiday season).
USPS Priority or UPS 2nd or 3rd Day must be selected as the shipping option in order to receive by deadline. Selecting shipping options USPS First Class or UPS Ground do not qualify for this delivery assurance and buyer acknowledges their selecting these options might or might no result in receiving the package by their expected delivery date.
We will continue to ship orders received on December 19th and onwards (which might result in an expected delivery date), however we are unable to provide any assurance or guarantee of delivery by December 23. By placing an order after noted deadline the buyer acknowledges the specified cutoff date of December 16.
Shipping methods offered are USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, 2nd Day & 3rd Day.
It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically our turnaround is 24-36 hours to ship your order. If you have a request for a rush, please send an email noting your shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping time frame.Although most products ship within 24-36 hours note that business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays.
When calculating the transit time, the day the order is placed or the day that the package is shipped does not count as a transit day. For example, if you were to place an order on Tuesday, the order would likely ship on Wednesday or Thursday. The transit time countdown begins on the day following the pickup from our warehouse.
Thus, if a box is shipped to an address that requires four days of transit time, and the order were to be shipped on Wednesday, the order would arrive the following Tuesday (transit days: Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday). If you have a specific day you need your order to arrive, please send an email noting your needs so that we can confirm if the package arrives on time.
When USPS Priority Mail is selected, an approximate 2-3 day transit time can be expected. When UPS Ground is selected, please refer to the transit times pictured on the chart listed below.

Why should I measure my head?
Simply because your head size changes: losing a couple of pounds, getting a hair cut can change the size of your head.
Our hats fit head measurements from 21 1/8 inches to 23 7/8 inches. With standard head measurements for men's hats being 22 5/8 inches, and the standard head measurement for women's hats being 21 1/2 inches, we try to cover every head, from small to extra-large.
To get an accurate measurement use a non-stretch cloth measuring tape instead of a plastic one.
Go for a comfortably snug fit, not too tight and certainly not too loose. The use of a hat may also determine its best fit: a tighter hat stays on better when its windy outside.
Take your time
Place the measuring tape around the widest part of your head, resting it where you like your hat to sit.
Fit is very subjective
Some people wear their hats low, some at an angle and some quite high. Some prefer their fedoras to be angled.
When you've got the tape positioned, join the leading edge to the tape at any comfortable spot on your forehead and note the number of inches, including fractions of an inch.
Then simply compare the number of inches to the chart below to find your hat measurement.
A word of advice
Remember, if your measurement falls somewhere in the middle of a size range, it's advisable to choose the next largest size. Same with when you're trying to decided between "S/M" or "L/XL".
You will notice that some of our hats are "one size fits most". These hats generally have an elastic sweatband to accommodate a wide range of sizes.
